The Brasserie of Light Set Menu is designed to reflect the season and sits perfectly as an accompaniment to a day or evening at Selfridges. Available from £28.95 for two courses, with the option to add a dessert for £8.95, from Sunday to Friday.
Start with a choice of Rosary Goat’s Cheese Mousse or try something decadent with Sesame Fried Chicken. For the main course, enjoy Pan-roasted Sea Bass Fillet with roasted fennel, grapefruit, dill and Champagne fish velouté, or the Grilled Chicken Escalope with chimichurri.
End your meal with something special and choose from Mini Doughnuts with vanilla and peach sauce, the show-stopping Lemon and Yuzu Posset, Chocolate Bubbles, or delicate Almond Macarons with blackberry and vanilla ganache.
