The Brasserie of Light Set Menu is designed to reflect the season and sits perfectly as an accompaniment to a day or evening at Selfridges. Available from £28.95 for two courses, with the option to add a dessert for £8.95, from Sunday to Friday.

Start with a choice of Rosary Goat’s Cheese Mousse or try something decadent with Sesame Fried Chicken. For the main course, enjoy Pan-seared Sea Bass Fillet with cauliflower couscous, sea vegetables, finished with a Champagne sauce, or the Chicken Balotine with truffle mashed potatoes and wild mushrooms.

End your meal with something special and choose from Mini Doughnuts with blackberrt sauce, the show-stopping, Chocolate Bubbles, or delicate Almond Macarons with blackberry and vanilla ganache.
