At the heart of The Diamond Garden is a trio of champagne cocktails crafted in collaboration with Perrier-Jouët. Midnight Blossom blends Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut with Rinquinquin, hibiscus, aquavit and honey for a floral, late-evening allure, while Jardin Noir pairs Grand Brut with cassis and jasmine for a darker, more aromatic expression.

For something truly exceptional, Diamond Époque showcases Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2016 – the Maison’s iconic vintage – elevated with Plymouth Gin and elderflower for a refined, luminous finish. Each cocktail is served with a complimentary 111SKIN Black Diamond Mask, adding a final touch of radiance to every glass.

The experience finished with the Black Diamond dessert – a decadent composition of blackberry parfait, vanilla sponge, champagne jelly and elderflower cream.
